Why are you running for Calaveras County Saddle Queen?

I am a life-long resident of Calaveras County. Not only do I have the qualifications required for the title, but I would use this opportunity as a growth experience to prepare for future endeavors. I will attend multiple community events as I am well connected and have excellent social skills. I make friends very easily.

I would use the scholarship money to pursue my educational goal to attend taxidermy school. I have always dreamed of willing my own belt buckle.

Additional Information:

I am entering my 6th steer in our fair this year, although I have raised several. Other animals that I have entered include: market chickens, market turkeys, and Boer goats (both breeder and market).

I am an accomplished seamstress. I made my own prom dress this year as well as my sweet heart swing dress and two other summer dresses. I am very creative.
