Road Improvements & Traffic Delays on Six Mile Road

Murphys, CA...Beginning May 18, 2020 and continuing through late June there will be traffic delays on Six Mile Road near Murphys, CA to accommodate roadwork. Crews will be active Monday through Friday during the daylight hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be construction and paving equipment on site as well as reduced traffic lanes. The Six Mile Road Improvements Project is being constructed by T&S West Construction. Six Mile Road will be open to Resident Traffic Only. T&S West Construction will accommodate all essential local traffic, including residents, sanitation trucks, delivery vehicles and emergency vehicles. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution in the area. T&S West and Calaveras County appreciate your cooperation and will do everything we can to complete the project on schedule.

On March 19, 2020, Governor Newsom issued an Executive Order directing all residents to heed current State public health directives to stay home. The Executive Order includes a list of essential critical infrastructure workers. Public Works and construction contractors have been identified as essential services, and critical public works infrastructure projects and programs will continue during the pandemic in accordance with the Executive Order. Public Works strongly supports the need to balance the delivery of essential services with the need for both public and private employers to protect employees from COVID-19. To that end, Public Works continues to collaborate with our construction contractor partners to take all necessary precautions that protect employees and minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to our employees and the community.

Please observe all traffic control signs and instructions of onsite personnel. Contact Calaveras County Public Works Department at (209) 754-6401 if you have any questions regarding this project.

Andrew Cuomo would win, hands down

Stay at home order was deemed unconstitutional, but I missed what state that came from.
Just curious, how many folks who are due a stimulus check, have not received one yet? And the Democrats want to do another for about $6,000 a family? That is completely insane. One has to think what they're trying to do is buy the 2020 election. These politicians are out of touch with reality, driving this country into bankruptcy.
Dementia Joe, Creepy Joe, why did you guys pick this IDIOT?
If only Governor Andrew Cuomo would of ran, we'd of won in a landslide.
Sorry, I can't vote for Biden, he's nothing but a nitwit, who will be easily manipulated.

According to your wording, the election has already occurred? Didn't know Cuomo already RAN. What kind of brain surgeon are you anyways?

That was/is Wisconsin. The same state that the Republicans didn't supply voters with mail in ballots and forced them to stand in line 3-5 hours, often in the rain, under threat of acquiring Covid-19, to exercise their right to vote.

The right to vote by mail is no joke in this time of pandemic.

F the repubs, every last one of you.

Somebody at BTM must read thepinetree.
Their prices are back to being better than Senders.
I'm glad the Selfs have gone back to realizing their loyal local customers count. We support them during the week when many nonlocals are gone.
Thank you BTM. I'm coming back to give you my business.
