Angels Camp Seeking Info on Structure Fire that Destroyed Pre-School on Stanislaus Ave
Angels Camp, CA...A structure fire was reported on July 8, 2020 at approximately 12:13 a.m. at a building in the Stanislaus Professional Center located in the 500 block of Stanislaus Ave in Angels Camp. Fire units arrived on scene to find a building that housed a medical office and a preschool on fire. The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
Firefighters were able to confine the fire to the building with no extension to the surrounding buildings or vegetation. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Anyone that was in the area around the time of the fire that may have seen something out of the ordinary, or anyone with information about how the fire started, is asked to contact the Angels Camp Police Department at (209) 736-2567 or acpd@angelscamp.gov.
