Traffic & Fire Update.....Firefighters Working One Acre Vegetation Fire on El Camino Casale (Updated)

Murphys, CA...Traffic & Fire Update.....Firefighters Working One Acre Vegetation Fire on El Camino Casale.  Air Attack 440 Says one acre with potential for more. (Update as of 4:25pm...Fast work by firefighters has let the incident commander cancel the remainders of inbound resources. Great catch as this fire is in a bad spot with plenty of fuel to run if they didn't catch it quick. Great Job Everyone!!!

It's a residential neighborhood. Not a flatlander in sight

Flatlanders and Citidiots have invaded all our neighborhoods! After they got their Cities closed down they ran to grab property in the hills. They are in all the long time local businesses bragging that they just moved here. If you were in the local loop you would know what is going on.

What the poster is referring to is the tents that get set up on any given day at White Pines Lake.
Yes, the majority of these idiots are nonlocals.
The SO should be citing everyone of these "campers".
Of course, Sheriff Rick will say he doesn't have the resources.
Just gather up the MET team and hit the campers one or two times a week.
        Word will spread.
If you've ever seen the trash, campfire pits, and mass of humanity that illegally camp out, you might be incensed as well.

Watched the air attack out of Columbia and several engines, water tenders and a bull dozer arrive on scene from our vantage point. Grateful for the quick and effective response in suppressing the wildland fire and protecting our neighborhood.
