CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
TUESDAY, August 11, 2020

THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20, ISSUED BY CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 17, 2020, THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT (CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54950, ET SEQ.), AND THE FEDERAL AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.

The City of Angels herby provides notice that as a result of the declared federal, state, and local health emergencies, and in light of the Governor’s order, THIS MEETING WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. You may observe the meeting and address the Council via email or telephonically as dictated below. Consistent with the Executive Order, Council members may elect to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.

YouTube is solely an alternative viewing option and any comments made via YouTube will not be included in the meeting record.

1. If you wish to make a public comment, submit your comment via email to the Clerk of the Board at bosclerk@co.calaveras.ca.us no later than 4:00pm on the Monday prior to the Board meeting. Please clearly indicate which agenda item number your comment pertains to, or if it is a general public comment. Comments are limited to 300 words or fewer. If your comment meets the foregoing criteria, it will be read into the record during the meeting.

2. Alternatively, you may comment by calling (209) 754-6370 and relaying your message to the Board Clerk or leaving a voicemail of no more than 300 words no later than 4:00 pm on the Monday prior to the Board meeting. You must specify which item your comment pertains to or if it is for general public comment. The Clerk will then read it into the record during the meeting.

3. If you are listening to the audio or video live stream of the meeting and wish to either make a general public comment or a comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please call one of the telephone numbers listed below the Call to Order and enter the Webinar ID number provided. You may speak for up to three minutes. The Board will make an effort to take all calls. You may receive a busy signal if others are calling in at the same time; if you do, please attempt calling again. Please be sure you are viewing the live stream in real time. Please note that the above instructions apply to public comment which will be read into the record by the Clerk during the meeting in lieu of traditional oral public comment.

COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

PUBLIC COMMENT
The public may address the Council on any item of public interest not otherwise on the agenda that is within the jurisdiction of the City. No action may be taken. Matters to be addressed may be referred to City Staff or placed on a subsequent meeting Agenda. Speakers are limited to five minutes per person.

2. ADJOURNMENT
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the City Administrator at City Hall 209-736-2181, melissaeads@angelscamp.gov. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting (28 CFR 35.102-35.104 ADA Title II) Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the City Council after distribution of the Agenda packet are available for public inspection in the City Administrator’s Office at 584 S. Main Street, Angels Camp, CA 95222 during normal business hours. The Agenda is also available on line at www.angelscamp.gov.
