Calaveras Board of Supervisors To Honor Senior Citizens of the Year on Tuesday

San Andreas, CA....The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors are back in action Tuesday morning at 9am. They will be honoring the Senior Citizens of the Year to start off the morning and will then be attending a lunch in their honor during their lunch recess; Some of the other agenda items being discussed will be a Minute Order authorizing the Board Chair to sign Standard Agreement with CDFA on behalf of Calaveras County for High Risk Inspection and Enforcement; a Pubic Hearing at 9:30am with the CDA for Zoning Amendment for Lawrence Smith on his parcel of land on French Gulch Road; The Ebbetts Pass Fire District and County Counsel will have a Minute Order discussing the support modification of EMS transport services billing rates for the Ebbetts Pass Fire District; A Minute Order approving a contract with Cyril R. Ash for Conflict Public Defender from 8/08 through 7/09; Code compliance will be discussed on three projects; The CDA will discuss the adoption/second reading of an Ordinance regarding County Initiated Text to consider revisions to current County Zoning General Access Requirements to provide interim measures while the County considers permanent solutions to be the legal access issue.
