Mornings with the One Percent™ Live Weekdays 7-10am, This Morning's Replays are Below!
Arnold, CA…Mornings with the One Percent™ is live weekday mornings from 7-10am. The premise for the show is that the USDA ranked all 3,142 counties or county equivalents in the USA on a livability or desirability scale based on factors such as climate, scenic beauty, bodies of water for recreation, humidity and much more. All of our area ranked not only in the top one percent but in the top one half of one percent. So in the ups and downs of daily life remember you don’t have to be a Gates, Buffett or Bezos to live like the one percent. Just live here!

Please have a Zoom Thanksgiving to avoid an ICU Christmas.
On average in California, 12% of people who catch covid end up in the hospital. Save yourself the trip.

A small group of us (5) are gathering together-my roommate and I and his ex with their two sons and myself. We are all Covid free and gonna keep it that way! All my relations are far away and both parents (who lived in this area) are both gone. So of course I got invited to have turkey dinner with these folks. I religiously wear my mask anyway and observe the social distancing rule. I have been doing this since March, still healthy, and will stop when this is all over. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

I guess the rating of "livable" places doesn't take into account the schiffy roads or the fire hazard and that fact you can't breath safely during most of the fire season..
