Mokolumne Hill Man Arrested on Hit & Run, Stolen Vehicle & Animal Cruelty Charges

Valley Springs, CA...On 12-2-2020, at approximately 0530 hours CHP responded to an injury collision on SR-26 and Olive Branch Road. Upon the arrival of emergency personnel they learned the driver had fled the scene on foot, leaving his injured passenger and three dogs. The driver had left with another dog per witnesses.

At approximately 0930 hours CHP and Calaveras Sheriff began getting reports of a bald male approaching homes asking to use a phone. The callers described him as having two dogs and sweating profusely. CHP and Calaveras deputies responded to the area and located the subject approximately 4 miles from the original collision scene. He matched the description provided by witnesses and had items in his possession linking him to the vehicle involved in the collision. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Fremont CA.

The subject was arrested and booked on charges that included Hit-and-Run, possession of a stolen vehicle, vehicle theft, and animal cruelty.

There is still one dog running around. Looks like a malamute or husky with red collar and leash.

Makes you wonder what the attraction to this area was for you. You know, being run by a bunch of idiot rednecks and all.
Perhaps you can transform it into what you ran from?

Wow, democrats just have no shame, hurt someone and leave the scene.
I guess that's how the left is these days, besides being the majority of our most violent criminals, they show us constantly that they just don't give a damn about anyone or anything but themselves.

A 20 year old democrat from Oakdale attacked a CHP officer in Sonora yesterday, he gave no reason.
That's just the young dumbacrats way these days.
It always the 73 Percentiles who want to Refund the police, so they can commit more crimes and not worry about getting arrested.
