We have to fill out a ballot for the best decoration? Oh sure it will be fair, no need to sign this ballot right? So that way I can fill out 300 ballots, for my one candle 🕯️ in my window and win. It's nothing like our presidental election where....oh wait, we don't have to even sign our ballot or show id to vote.
