In a Post Trump World Could Libertarians Actually Win? ~ John Hamilton

Arnold, CA...After a week where watching the news from Washington made Americans physically ill it made me wonder what could actually be the next and safest path to unite the most Americans in a post Trump world? According to many statistics if old school liberal Democrats, Libertarian leaning Republicans and actual Libertarians ever actually joined forces it would easily make the largest voting block in the nation.

It could form a coalition where principles over politics could actually win elections. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness could just be the platform. The ultimate big tent coalition.

The Liberal Democrats, Libertarian Republicans and actual Libertarians may not always like each other and at times approach public policy from different angles but actual governing principles could be remarkedly consistent.

Americans could relax and get on with their lives and not feel like they have to fret and worry about the impact Washington was going to have on their lives.

Focus on the core principles that 80 or 90 percent of Americans all agree on and ignore the rest. The 80/20 rule in public policy.

Life, Liberty & Pursuit of Happiness!

Doesn't it have a nice ring to it? Familiar but somehow new again?
