Angels Camp, CA... This meeting will be held in accordance with executive order N-29-20, issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020, The Ralph M. Brown Act (California Government Code Section 54950, ET SEQ.), and The Federal Americans With Disabilities Act.



This meeting will not be physically open to the public. Approval of Resolution No. 21-23 Program Supplemental Agreement Between the City of Angels and Caltrans for Construction Funds for Murphy’s Grade Road Sidewalk and Infill Project (Federal Project No. CML 5206 (013)) and Allowing the City Administrator to Sign on Behalf of the City – Jennifer Maxwell, City Engineer

D. Approval of SR-49 Sidewalk and Bike Lane Infill Project, Federal Project Number ATPCML 5206(014), Change Order No. 10 and Authorize the City Administrator to Sign on the City’s Behalf- Jennifer Maxwell, City of Angels Engineer

E. Approval of Resolution No. 21-25 Declaring the City Administrator to Sign the Adopted Agreement with Community Development Block Grant Program, 20-CDBG-CV1-00116, City of Angels, as using City Manager and City Administrator Interchangeably

F. Authorize the City Fire Chief to Sign a Mutual Threat Agreement Between California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit and City of Angels Camp Fire Department – John Rohrabaugh, Fire Chief
