Governor Newsom Signs Executive Order Enabling Continued Remote Government Meetings
Sacramento, CA...Governor Gavin Newsom today signed an executive order waiving the application of AB 361 until October 1, 2021, when the provisions of a prior executive order that established certain requirements for public agencies to meet remotely during the COVID-19 emergency will expire.
AB 361 extends the flexibilities provided in the Governor’s prior executive order to local and state bodies to hold public meetings electronically beyond the executive order’s September 30, 2021 expiration date. The order signed today specifies that for any meetings held to determine if remote meetings are justified beyond September 30, local legislative bodies must follow the statutory requirements established by AB 361.
Today’s action provides clarity for local legislative and state bodies about the applicable requirements for holding remote meetings.
The text of the Governor’s executive order can be found here.

Making the Socialist takeover of Calaveras County possible by denying the public "We the People" the ability to attend or participate in our governing.
The Calaveras BOS is on a tear uprooting our freedoms, liberties and property rights for the good of socialism a failed prospect wherever its been attempted.
Now Merita and Garamendi can fly free with Cannabis disorder and property rights infringements.
What a disaster, such a beautiful County that is being ruined by these evil miserable deniers and for what? Either of these two are going anywhere - they just hate our beautiful lifestyle fresh-air and cozy way of life.
In the end we will win - but the journey is pure misery. Proof! The cannabis infrastructure is crumbling and going away no matter what these two corrupt cats do - its is a failing enterprise with Merita and Jack's fingerprints all over this mess. . . The shenanigans and corruption of this Board is at a scale that is out-of-control.
ReCall the whole bunch and start anew. . .

How'd that last recall go for ya?
I don't blame anyone for not wanting to sit through a supervisor's meeting knowing that some of the attendees are unvaccinated.
Masks are a simple fix. No mask, no attendance.
4 new deaths in the county.
Cases keep increasing.
This county will turn Blue before long.
Way to go Ed.

The Newsom ReCall went well in Calaveras County 62% voted to Re-Call, thats a rout in Blue California. . .
Calaveras County will never turn blue - its just not in the cards. After all the crap wicked politics we've been through in the past 7 or 8 years and we are still resonating 62% of the vote to a thirty something!
No the good-life will remain in our great county, conservatives will se to that. . .
