Angels Camp City Council Kicks Off 2022 with a Full Agenda

Angels Camp, CA...The Angels Camp City Council meeting will be held back in the cozy confines of the Angels Fire House on Vallecito Road. The public portion of the meeting starts at 6pm. The full agenda is below...

January 4, 2022

THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT ANGELS FIRE HOUSE, 1404 VALLECITO ROAD AND WILL BE OPEN TO PUBLIC. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED. REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

CITY COUNCIL appreciates your interest and encourages your participation. Regularly scheduled meeting are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. The Agenda is divided into two sections:

CONSENT AGENDA: These matters include routine financial and administration actions and are usually approved by a single majority vote.

REGULAR AGENDA: These items include significant financial and administration actions of special interest, hearings and work sessions.
The numerical order of the items on this agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Council Members. All questions shall be directed to the Mayor who, at his/her discretion, will refer to Staff.

Happy to see that Angels insisting on masks, finally. Haven't heard much from the local school board and outspoken parents defying Covid protocol since they learned how much it would cost them. It's truly sad that they along with the Soulsbyville school board have such little understanding of the laws that govern their schools.

I ran into a guy on Mt. Whitney yesterday, no mask of course, it was 42 below, wind chill factor, 102 below 0, what kind of guy would endanger the rest of us hiker’s? Doesn’t matter where you go, there are rude, inconsiderate people! My gosh!
