Not a big deal - OSHA was only trying to protect people form DYING! Republicans - get your vaccinations and we can get over this virus. Those who are not getting vaccinated are the ones causing this to never end!!! Wake up!!

No, do not get vaccinated. There will be fewer of you traitors around to vote in November and moving forward.

Sadly, they’ll still be killing those already vaccinated with some amount of breakthrough infections. Saw a local EMT arguing the other day that the vaccine hasn’t done anything to flatten the curve. These are the people coming into your home administering emergency medical care. If they have so little regard for others, you’d think they’d give pause about the possibility of bringing the virus home to their own families.

Stop blaming the unvaccinated. If your precious vaccine worked you wouldn't be worried about the unvaccinated. You fell for all the Covinazis sold you and you blame everyone else

All of these comments are missing the point! “IF” you voted for this president, please try to do a better vote in 2024. Not his fault at all, it falls 100% on those that voted for him. Hope you all clean up your act and vote responsibly next time! Think about it!!!!

What planet are you from? He ran for President and he never should of because he is not fit for the job. He lied to the American voters and said that he would shutdown the virus, improve the economy, open the borders, create jobs, etc. The vulnerable American voters believed what he said and voted him into office. Now, these people have voters remorse because they were sucked into his lies!

The stay was for large corporations employing 100 or more. Little impact in places like Calaveras though you may still contract the virus at government center. Saw an older Angels couple who had been quite ill with Covid and hospitalized out and about in local bars from their recent Facebook posts. No wonder skilled doctors and nurses are throwing up their hands. Buckle up, buttercup. It promises to be a rough few months in Calaveras and elsewhere.

The new estimate is 66,000 Americans in next four weeks will die of covid . You might want to stop all the bull *bleep*, get vaccinated and put on a N 95 .

Who in the hell do you think you are telling people what to do? That is a personal choice whether people get vaccinated or not. If they get sick from no vaccination then that is their problem. I seriously doubt if you have had all of your vaccinations so just STFU!

And how will you know if you have acquired antibodies?
Those that die assumed they had acquired the antibodies.
Vaccinated people are much less likely to die from covid than the unvaccinated. Fact.

OSHA's powers are to regulate and monitor workplace safety and is supported by legislature. Human Health & Services has no such power supported by legislation and cannot issue national mandates. The Supreme Court makes decisions under existing law, not create more. So, some will make this political and point to as a failure of Biden whereas in reality the Supreme Court was only doing its job and making a ruling under existing law. Anyone who tries to make it political and otherwise really doesn't understand how government works.

Then how come the ScotUS decision on mandates fell along a political line.
Judges shouldn't think alo g a political line, but they're human.
And we're nominated by a political President.
And confirmed by a political Congress.
    We the People.
