I have always been under the impression that our governments first order of business was to protect us, the citizens of this country. Our government, now standing protects us from nothing. Undoubtedly Hamilton can't post too much truth for his dotard viewing base, otherwise he'll risk alienating them and his revenues would suffer. Having been a local small business person, believe me, we're a very vindictive bunch when it comes supporting businesses that may have different political views. So be it.
Fact is, everyone knows the hearings are on, even FOX, OAN, ect. I've heard about 25% of Republicans are watching them. I believe among that 25% are many who are still thinking adults and will be totally disgusting with the Trump treason they see. Imagine it will mean a few more million unwilling to vote for traitor Trump should he run again.
The hearings aren't perfect. Many public servants are refusing to testify. In the long run what truth we fine will benefit the country, and Ron Desantis.
Hopefully Hamilton does what he thinks is right in keeping these hearings on the radar, his readership informed, while balancing his personal business interests.

Democrat Committee’s ‘Star’ Witness Mocked For Claiming President Trump Tried To Hijack Limo On Jan. 6

Outlandish testimony from Chief of Staff aide Cassidy Hutchinson debunked by Trump and conflicting evidence in real time.
Lead Secret Service agent and the presidential limousine/SUV driver are reportedly prepared to testify under oath that Hutchinson's claims are false.

The “star witness” of the Democrat-led Jan. 6 Select Committee testified Tuesday that former President Trump angrily tried to take control of his presidential limo during the January 6 protests, leading to a cascade of mockery online and by Trump himself.

In hearsay testimony provided to the committee, Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to then-Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, claimed she was told by Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Tony Ornato that Trump became angry when informed he would not be heading to the Capitol building following his speech at the Ellipse.

“I looked at Tony, and he said, ‘Did you f—ing hear what happened in the Beast?’” Hutchinson said. “He proceeded to tell me that when the president got in the Beast, he was under the impression from Mr. Meadows that the off the record movement to the Capitol was still possible or likely to happen and that Bobby had more information.”

“The president had a very strong, very angry response to that. Tony described him as being irate. The president said something to the effect of, ‘I’m the f-ing president, take me up to the Capitol now,'”

“The president reached up toward the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel,” she continued “Mr. Engel grabbed his arm and said, ‘Sir, you need to take your hand off the steering wheel. We’re going back to the West Wing. We’re not going to the Capitol.’ Mr. Trump then used his free hand to lunge toward [Secret Service agent] Bobby Engel.”

Trump rebuked Hutchinson’s testimony on Truth Social, saying “such a ridiculous thing” wouldn’t “have been possible.”

“Her Fake story that I tried to grab the steering wheel of the White House Limousine in order to steer it to the Capitol Building is ‘sick’ and fraudulent, very much like the Unselect Committee itself – Wouldn’t even have been possible to do such a ridiculous thing,” said Trump.

“Her story of me throwing food is also false…and why would SHE have to clean it up, I hardly knew who she was?”

Observations on social media also poked big holes in Hutchinson’s testimony, hearsay evidence notwithstanding.

First, Trump was not in his “Beast” presidential limo on January 6, but in a fortified SUV.

Even if he was in “The Beast,” he physically would have been unable to pull off such a stunt, as this diagram of the presidential limo reveals.

Hutchinson’s hearsay testimony was roundly mocked on social media.

Hutchinson’s credibility further came into question given her attempt to work for Trump at Mar-a-Lago just a week after the events of January 6.

Trump said he turned down her job-seeking effort, calling Hutchinson “phony” and “bad news.”

If that wasn’t enough, Engel – the lead Secret Service agent – and Trump’s presidential limo/SUV driver are reportedly ready to testify against Hutchinson’s claims that he reached for the steering wheel to turn back to the Capitol.

The January 6 Committee’s witch hunt against Trump has been falling apart since it began, and recent polling found it to be nowhere on the American people’s radar.

Committee's credibility suffers another massive blow.

The January 6 Committee’s credibility has plummeted after claims by former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson that President Trump “lunged” for the steering wheel of his vehicle and demanded to be taken to the site of the riots were contradicted by the lead Secret Service agent.

Hutchinson testified that Tony Ornato, the then-White House deputy chief of staff, told her that Trump said something like, “I’m the f-ing president, take me up to the Capitol now,” and had “reached up towards the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel” before then using “his free hand to lunge towards Bobby Engel,” the the presidential driver.

Despite the legacy media breathlessly reporting Hutchinson’s claims without much skepticism, the term ‘Amber Heard 2.0’ subsequently trended on Twitter as Hutchinson’s assertions were demolished.

Within hours, Peter Alexander of NBC News revealed that Engel was prepared to testify “under oath that neither man was assaulted and that Mr. Trump never lunged for the steering wheel.”

Trump himself also asserted that the incident never happened.

Secret Service sources told reporter Julio Rosas that the story is “bull*bleep*.”

Hutchinson appears to be pursuing a personal vendetta against Trump because he “personally turned her request down” when she tried to get a job at Mar-a-Lago.

Hutchinson also apparently told another outright lie during her testimony when she claimed she had written a note of a statement for Trump to release on January 6.

The note was actually penned by Former Trump White House lawyer Eric Herschmann.

“The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on January 6, 2021,” a spokesperson for Herschmann told ABC News Tuesday evening.

It remains to be seen whether Hutchinson will face any consequences for apparently lying under oath, although the already dubious credibility of the January 6 Committee has taken a further massive blow.

“The January 6 committee clowned itself,” summarized Tim Young.

San Francisco’s last good public high school voted to end their merit-based admission system in 2021 as part of the Great Awokening.

Lowell High School, which was previously overwhelmingly Asian and White, elected to switch to a lottery-based admissions system and became around 45% Hispanic and Black. The previously top-performing school saw grades swiftly collapse with 25% of freshmen students receiving either a D or an F in the fall 2021 semester, Legal Insurrection reported.

“This ultimately led to the ouster of three school board members,” Legal Insurrection said. “The Asian community played a major role in the campaign.”

San Francisco Unified School District’s board of education last week voted to return the school to their previous merit-based system, KTVU reports:

The 4 to 3 vote will reinstate merit-based admissions for incoming freshmen at the esteemed academy in fall of 2023. The failure of the school district superintendent’s resolution to extend the lottery system means a return to applicants meeting a designated grade point average and standardized test score criteria for admission.

We previously reported, the district stopped the merit-based admissions for 9th graders during the COVID pandemic claiming there wasn’t adequate criteria to judge students because of distance learning.

The school board voted to make the change to a lottery system permanent, but critics sued over the switch. Last year, a judge ruled that the school board did not follow state law when it voted to end the competitive admissions process.

I don’t care what party you claim, but in my opinion, we are being bent over and hosed by these lifetime politicians!
Their base salary is $174,000.00 a year, something doesn’t add up!

You are completely wrong. The national guard of Washington DC is commanded by..... wait for it.... The President of the United States! That would have been Donald J. Trump at the time.
Normally national guard units are commanded by the governors of their respective states, however Washington DC is federal, making the president the guard commander.
The idea that Trump would need permission from some woman, Pelosi, to exercise his total authority to command the guard is complete gaslighting.
Trump did not want the guard there, and didn't call them out on the 6th, because he was planning to overthrow the government. That's the ONLY reason the guard wasn't there. Trump wasn't about protecting the constitution, he was and is about destroying it!
