A D6C CATAPILLER CAUSED A 50 X 50 FOOT SPOT OF HEAVY DUFF TO BURN. DUFF IS A MIXTURE OF DRY VEGETATION THAT ACCUMULATES ON THE GROUND SUCH AS PINE NEEDLES, LEAVES, STICKS, ETC.
