Sunday, March 24, at the Tri Lakes Baptist Church in Wallace, the Wallace-Burson Association and Tri Lakes Baptist Church are presenting a community Easter egg hunt. Registration is from 12:30-1:00, Hunt starts at 1:00, and there will be Crafts, Games, a Raffle, a Puppet Show, and Photos with the Easter Bunny.

Search for fungi along this easy 1-mile trail that leads to the base of Table Mountain. Participants will have the option of returning on their own or participating in a strenuous climb to the top of Table Mountain to enjoy the grand views of New Melones Lake. We will meet at the corner of Rawhide Road and Shell Road at 10 a.m.

Zach Jordan and Stefan Nilsen are holding a disc golf tournament for our Senior Project. We installed the 9-hole course ourself, and for the opening day, we are holding a tournament. Admission is $10, and lunch will be provided. The event starts at 10:00 am at the softball field at White Pines Park. All ages are welcome. Bring your own discs!!

Welcome the arrival of Spring with live musical performances at Petroglyphe Gallery in historic downtown Mokelumne Hill. The Spring Sunday Fine Arts Concert Series will be held March 24, April 21, and May 19 from 3:30 – 6 pm and will include light appetizers and wine to be served in advance of the performances in the gallery’s restored 1858 space. Each concert will focus on a different musical style performed by well renowned professional musicians. Tickets for limited seating will be available for $21 in advance and if available, for $23 at the door.

Local percussionist, Allen Biggs, will perform on March 24 to open Petroglyphe Gallery’s 2013 Spring Sunday Fine Art Concert Series and you are invited to attend! Tickets for limited seating will be available for $21 in advance and if available, for $23 at the door. This unique musical event will be preceded by a reception with light appetizers and wine to be served from 3:30 pm until the performance begins at 4 pm.

Allen Biggs is the percussionist for "Wicked" in San Francisco for which he plays 48 instruments. Allen will be playing the marimba during his performance at Petroglyphe Gallery and has promised to bring some unusual instruments to encourage audience participation. Virtually anything he can get his hands on becomes a musical instrument…so watch out for your car keys and hub-caps!
