Summer Salads From Jenny's Kitchen
Well known local chef Jenny Baxter, from Jenny's Kitchen, will teach this class on Main Dish Summer Salads in our Marisolio kitchen. Jenny will share a number of delicious recipes with us, as well as numerous cooking tips that will make your life in the kitchen so much easier. Grilled Sesame Salmon with Baby Lettuce and Blueberry Balsamic, Moroccan Spiced Chicken Tenders with Butter Lettuce and Lemon Vinaigrette, Vodka Marinated Steak with Red Leaf Lettuce and Aged Balsamic Dressing, Caesar Salad.
