This is a fun, competitive, Swim Team.

Our Goal is to keep kids swimming and progress swimmers at every level. Swimmers will learn all the strokes and get an opportunity to compete against kids their own age. This is a feeder program for the High School Swim Team.

Where: Calaveras High School Pool. Pool will be open for practice Monday thru Thursday 4:30-6:00p.m.

When: June 6 thru July 23, 2010

05:00 PM Friends of the Fair Calaveras County Meeting - Angels Camp
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at CAMPS Restaurant in Angels Camp. Membership is $25 per year.

The Friends of the Fair hope to gain new members including the more “junior” citizens of our community. The Friends of the Fair are looking for members all over the county to join the Board and dedicate their time and ideas to the Fair in an effort to guarantee its success and survival. Any community members interested in joining the Friends of the Fair are encouraged to do so. Simply contact the Fairground Office to learn more.

The Calaveras County Arts Council offers a series of free summer concerts on Wednesday evenings. The 2011 program runs from June 15 through August 17 at various parks throughout the county. Save your summer Wednesdays in 2011 and join us for great outdoor performances.
