05:30 PM Calaveras Women's Network Meeting at Ironstone September 24th
Murphys, CA...The Calaveras County Women’s Network monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys. All business women are invited to join us for an evening of networking and refreshments. This month, we are pleased to present Ceceilia Robinson, Independent Consultant for Rodan and Fields Dermatologist. Ceceilia’s presentation will be on the importance of customer service, several of the important subjects she will be covering are:

The most talked about and least understood business subject – Customer Service that works;
The true cost of poor customer service and the rewards of quality customer service;
Addressing the disgruntled and unreasonable customer – did you ever “fire” a customer?
Real Stories, successes and failures with the customer service issue, what worked and why, what didn’t work and why;

During this meeting we will have a Speed Networking exercise. This is a great opportunity to practice your two minute introduction of your business and what you have to offer a potential customer. We hope you’ll join us for this educational and active and fun evening. This year as last year, Calaveras County Women’s Network is proud to support women entering the marketplace via Calaveras Employment Services. Please visit www.ccwnonline.org for more information and to RSVP. RSVP’s are requested by Friday, September 20. Dinner is $23.00 for members and $25.00 for nonmembers.
