All Day Cross Contry Skiing At Bear Valley Cross Country
Bear Valley Cross Country is open daily for cross country skiing, sledding & more
06:00 PM - 07:30 PM Caroling in the Cavern at Moaning Cavern
The 6th Annual Caroling in the Cavern Concert at Moaning Cavern has been scheduled for Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 6pm. For the first time, Moaning Cavern will feature Dirty Cello, the world-travelled, high energy band that will put a unique spin on the holiday favorites. Dirty Cello’s trio of strings and persecution will come to life in our spectacular cave environment with its incredible natural acoustics.

Several songs will be designated as “sing-along” so guests can join in with the band while other carols sung by Dirty Cello’s lead singer, Rebecca Roudman, will be played in a unique fusion of bluegrass, blues, and Klezmer style.

Towards the end of the evening, our intrepid Santa will rappel 165-feet to the bottom of Moaning Cavern’s main chamber to distribute gifts to guests.

Tickets are just $22 each for the upper platform, the spiral staircase, or the lower platform. Bring two non-perishable, holiday food items to donate and receive $2 off your admission. Make sure to specify your choice of location when you call to reserve your tickets.

Moaning Cavern is a natural, marble underground environment with a comfortable temperature of 61°F. To attend this concert, dress in jeans, t-shirt or sweatshirt and tennis shoes and bring a pillow to sit on.

Please bear in mind that, as a living cave, Moaning Cavern does drip water occasionally. We call these droplets “cave kisses.”

Reserve your spot soon by calling toll free 866.762.2837. Concert space is limited and seating sells out fast.
