"Lamb It Up" with Jenny Baxter. Local celebrity Jenny Baxter is back and is going to show us a few yummy Easter dishes that include roast leg of lamb (fakhsh al-ghanam mhammar), stuffed cabbage (cabbage yebra), fried stuffed ground lamb patties (kibbe miqliyyi), Syrian rice pilaf (riz bish shiriyyi) and cucumber yogurt salad (khyar bil laban). Two classes 10:00AM - 12:00 pm and 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Class fee $55.00
