Register Now for the 4th Annual Angels Camp Gold Run on September 24th Angels Camp, CA...Register Now for the 4th Annual Angels Camp Gold Run on September 24th. A 5K/10k with a 1 Mile kids Fun Run. Route travels through the historic Gold country town of Angels Camp CA. Proceeds benefit Mark Twain Elementary. Enjoy the Sierra Foothills on a 5k/10k race through the historic town of Angels Camp. Proceeds benefit the students of Mark Twain Elementary School. The race will kick off with a Kids 1 Mile Fun Run followed by the 5k & 10K races. All races begin in downtown Angels Camp at the Visitor’s Center. After race festivities and award at Utica Park until 2pm with music, food, drinks, games and raffle prizes. More details to come! American Heritage Girls 2017 Registration September 24, 2:00 – 4:00 PM White Pines Park Arnold, CA...Join us to learn about AHG Bring your family and enjoy Fun and fellowship. Arnold families have discovered a new extra-curricular organization for their daughters called American Heritage Girls (AHG). AHG is a faith-based character development program for girls’ ages 5 – 18 dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country.
AHG Troop CA0016 is the first AHG Troop in Calaveras County and we are excited to be starting our fifth program year. American Heritage Girls is chartered by Big Trees Community Bible Church, located in Arnold at 1216 Blagen Road.
With an emphasis on faith, service and fun, girls choose from more than 240 badges, participate in service projects, leadership opportunities and outdoor experiences. Troops are led by adult volunteers who facilitate the AHG program while encouraging girl leadership.
