1) CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 8AM: Before unloading, please check in at the 4-H Booth/Registration Table to confirm your reservation. Your signed Registration Form, along with the $10.00 fee must be received no later Wed. 4/11/18. Spaces are chosen on first come/first serve basis.

2) Parking: You may pull into the park to UNLOAD ONLY! All vehicles must then be parked in the parking lot or in the field across the street from the Blunder Inn.

3) EZ Ups: Please provide your own EZ-UPS. We will be set up under a covered area, but the sun does shine around the perimeter.

4) Tables/Chairs/Cups/Spoons: The 4H Club & Mtn. Ranch Community will provide 1 (one) 8'x2' table and 2 chairs, 2 oz. tasting cups, spoons and napkins. You MUST write you booth # on the cups. For booths 6 and 9, please underline the # for an accurate vote.

5) Stoves/BBQ's - Propane stoves are recommended. BBQ's are acceptable. No electricity is available. There will be thermometers available to insure proper food handling practices.

6) What is CHILI?: If you call it chili, then enter it! Traditional red chili, Chili Verde, vegetarian chili, or any home recipe (with or w/o beans/meat) is acceptable.
Sides: Chili sides/condiments (cornbread, salsa, guacamole, chips, cheese, onions, etc.) are welcomed, but not necessary. No sides/condiments will be allowed for Judges’ Choice.
