Calaveras Big Trees Association invites you to Winds in the Sequoias featuring The Mother Lode Woodwind Quintet – Janet Telford, flute; Jane Buzzard, oboe; Hank King, clarinet; Bill Minkel, french horn; Gail Buzzard, bassoon; with special guest appearance by soprano, Anne Saunders and pianist, Sue Hart. This is a rare opportunity to hear selections from 200+ years of chamber wind music in the intimate rustic setting of Jack Knight Hall among the giant redwoods. Please join us for amazing music, hor d’oeuvres, fine local wines and a SILENT AUCTION with such special items as a private alpenhorn concert at Lake Alpine.
