JUNE 27th POLISH PIEROGIS WITH TERRY RICHARDSON Learn how to make cheese filled Pierogi served with apple sauce mixed with kumquat & pomegranate vinegar, Kapusta filled (sauerkraut with mushrooms and onions) peirogi served with sour cream , Kilbasa, potato, pepper bake served with grainy mustard & crusty bread. Sides of cucumber salad with fresh dill and balsamic vinegar and Kapusta (Sauerkraut with split pea)
Class Fee is $35 per person
