Joel Salatin - CalaverasGROWN hosts renowned land steward
This is a two-part event. The morning session ‘Stewarding Living Systems for Health & Wealth’ is an on-the-land workshop at the beautiful Nakagawa Ranch outside Valley Springs. This session is geared towards land stewards and anyone with a keen interest in daily practices that can be used on the land to work towards a positive future. Attendance is limited to 20 people, to offer participants an in-depth, personal experience.
In the afternoon Joel will give a dynamic presentation about ‘The Positive Impact of Polyculture Farming on the Economy and Well-Being of Rural Communities’ at Mokelumne Hill Town Hall, open to 150 people.
Tickets must be purchased in advance at www.calaverasgrown.org. $300 for the morning session, $75 for the afternoon. 20% discount with 2022 CalaverasGROWN Membership (Producer level and above).
