August 13, Greek Cooking Class, 10:00 AM or 6:00 PM. Join us for a hands-on venture into Greek Cooking. Instructor Heather Cooper, recent graduate of the Columbia Culinary & Pastry Arts Program will guide us in making Dolmathes, Chick Pea Salad, Lamb Gyros and more.
