Relying on fresh ingredients cooked on the spot and the addition of Marisolio's wonderful Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars, this class will provide plenty of ideas and flavor. Join our resident chef Nicole Sass and learn the techniques to make Peach Bellinis, Caprese Salad, Sardinian "Music Paper Bread", Honey Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops, Peas with Prosciutto, and Panna Cotta.
