Bear Valley Snow Report for Monday February 25th

Bear Valley, CA...Bear Valley had a Happy ending this morning. Their search and rescue efforts paid off as they found a missing snowboarder at 7:45am, safe and sound. They have received 27" of new snow in the last 24 hours. So all you Powder Freaks out there head on up! Remember to observe all posted warnings about the lower Mtn and please use caution as the avalanche risk will be EXTREME for the surrounding areas. PLEASE be safe! It looks like a beautiful week up at the mountain! Due to avalanche control, the mountain will not open until mid morning. Full snow report enclosed...

Murphys, CA….Last night, the semi-annual Murphys Belly Dance Festival featured some of the West Coasts Finest Belly Dancers. The night’s theme was "Moulin Rouge” incorporating one host, 24 dancers, and two fantastic jugglers.
