Arnold, CA....Coldwell Banker-Action Realty is sponsoring the Fifth Annual “Arnold Tree of Hope”. The tree will be located at CB-Action Realty in the Meadowmont Shopping Center. Come pick an ornament from the tree for a child in the Arnold area. Each ornament will contain the gender, age, clothing sizes and needs of a local child. Every participant’s identity will remain confidential. The gifts should be wrapped and returned to Coldwell Banker-Action Realty as soon as possible and no later than 4:00 PM on December 19th. Please be sure to return your ornament with its number on the gifts because it is the only way we have to associate your gifts with the particular child you chose. These are difficult times.

Murphys, CA...Last Weekend's Butte Fire Fundraiser Rummage & Bake Sale was a HUGE Success in Murphys. "Today will go down as one of the most amazing, happy and humble days of my life! So proud of my two Daughters Nicole Jones and Kelsey smith. They helped spear head this amazing community fundraiser which raised $15,108.06 in two days! Together all of us that volunteered, donated and jumped into help these butte fire families made a difference! So proud to be part of this community!" Leanne Smith
