The groundbreaking ceremony is Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 2 p.m. at 3308 Dunn Street, in Rancho Calaveras. For those of you who may not be familiar with the issue the County is now interpreting an existing county ordinance in a more restrictive manner than it had been doing for a number of years.
