The juvenile declined to provide any assistance to the unidentified male. After watching the juvenile pump fuel, the male eventually returned to his vehicle and left the area.

The couple filed a charge with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission alleging discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in violation of the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act.

The Angels Camp Police Department takes pride in providing professional police services to the community, and that includes responding to calls that may be out of the norm for most police departments. Once our highly skilled and well trained officer was on scene and assessed the situation, he did what any professional police officer would do...he called his wife.
