Calaveras County Sheriff Cold Case Homicide Investigators Seeking Information in Death of Hector Girol

San Andreas, CA...On 09/09/2000 at approximately 11:50 pm the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a suspicious death in the town of Copperopolis. The male was later identified as Hector Girol and the cause of death was deemed a homicide.
Jamestown, CA...On 08/27/24, TNT Agents conducted a traffic enforcement stop on 5th Ave in Jamestown. TNT Agents contacted the driver and sole occupants of the vehicle, Christian Robert Klein, and quickly observed drug paraphernalia. A search of Klein and his vehicle revealed a small amount of methamphetamine and approx. 10 grams of Fentanyl packaged in separate baggies consistent with drug sales.
