Our office received confirmation from the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office via telephone that Ms. Rafferty died on June 2, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. The investigation and cause of the collision is continuing.) On June 1st, 2015, at approximately 1605 hours, Party 1 (P-1) (Stinnett) was driving Vehicle 1 (V-1) (Chevrolet Monte Carlo) eastbound on SR-26 east of Sandy Gulch Road at approximately 55 miles per hour.
