Posted by: thepinetree on 10/02/2012 03:39 PM
Sonora, CA... We received a very nice note from Erin O'Hare the market supervisor of the Sonora Farmers Market. They will be accepting funds for the Rodriquez Family this Saturday. From Erin "I feel compelled to shed some light on the ‘other’ victim that was unknown in our area because he was from Galt. Eleazar ‘Ed’ Rodriquez was our flower vendor at the Sonora Certified Farmer’s Market. He was known by all as ‘the flower guy’. Kinds words are often spoken about people when they are gone because it’s the ‘polite’ thing to do. I can honestly say that Ed was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever known. He had an extremely gracious spirit and always had a kind word and smile for everyone who crossed his path. He was deeply committed to his wife and children and always had a grateful and positive attitude about life....
