Sergeant Major Jon Cavaiani is fighting for his life. Jon has been diagnosed with MDS (myelodyplastic syndrome), a life threatening blood disorder. Over the last few months, Jon has received medical consultations, blood transfusions, and chemotherapy form San Francisco Veterans Hospital—Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Sonora Hospital.
