Angels Camp – Murphys, CA...Arnold Booster’s Club, (AMA), is hosting a Ladies Night of fun and shopping at Ironstone Vineyards, Murphys, CA. This event will be held Friday, May 4th from 5:30 to 9:00pm and admission is $10.00. There will be approx. 40 booths such as household items, jewelry, make-up, food, fashion and more. Murphys, CA ....Tenured Sierra Foothill winemaker, Chuck Hovey, received some great news from Vineyard & Winery Management’s 2012 U.S. National Wine Competition, held April 11 and 12 in Sonoma County. Hovey 2009 Barbera won a double gold and took the sweepstakes as Best Red Wine. More than 1,100 wines were submitted to the competition. Hovey 2009 Zinfandel also took home a silver medal....
