Entry Deadlines for Calaveras County Fair April 9th! |

Frogtown, USA....With excitement building for the May 19-22 Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee, residents should take note of the following entry deadlines. All Livestock, Horse Show, Wine, Junior and Adult entries are due on Saturday April 9, the fair office will be open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.....

Frogtown, USA......Church Welcomes Carnival Workers..... Many of us, at some time, have thought of running away with the circus or the carnival. The life of carnival workers and their families is not easy. Much of the year is spent on the road. It’s hard to have a sense of belonging when moving around so much. The Ranch House can be rented for your next event, such as birthday parties, small musical concerts, corporate meetings, reunions, and more. The Home Arts department celebrates these skills handed down from one generation to the next. Becky Thatcher Hall hosts the arts that make a house a home, meals a celebration and a group of individuals a family. ....

The Angels Camp Post office has put together a display for their office. The display features Pirate Frogs and celebrates the Fair’s theme, “Pirates of the Carrots and Beans." Hosting a window or indoor display shows your community spirit. .....
