New Melones, CA....I hope you will be coming to our seminar on April 16-17, from 8 am to 4 pm. It will be different than our past seminars. It will be here at the store. Guides will be on hand, with their boats, and you can walk around and chat with each guide and ask all the questions that you want. Product representatives will be here with great deals and to help you with any questions you may have. The top-notch guides we have on hand will be able to help you catch kokanee, rainbows, browns, stripers, king salmon, bass, etc. They are knowledgeable about fishing any local body of water including Melones, Don Pedro, Tulloch, Hogan, Camanche, the Sacramento River and The California Delta. .....

Mark Twain Hall, Angels Camp CA.....The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce showed the community how a business promotion event should be done, as today's Bridal Fair 2011 had more vendors, a bigger crowd, and most important of all, more brides in attendance than previous years. Disc jockeys , caterers, gift vendors, event rental services, makeup and hair professionals, photographers (of course), and other miscellaneous businesses providing services and products of use and great help to brides and their families planning weddings in and around Calaveras County.....

Dusty Stephanie Brown, 58, of Angels Camp California passed away February 25th, 2011 after a battle with cancer. Born in Stockton California she worked as a head manager. Then moved to Reno Nevada where she worked and went to college. Studying, business and psychology. She loved working many years at St Jude’s Ranch for children in Boulder city Nevada. Frogtown, CA....The Calaveras County Farm Bureau will Co-Host Ag-Day 2011 on March 17th. The Calaveras County Farm Bureau along with the Calaveras County Fair Grounds will hold their Annual Ag-Day 2011 at Frogtown. This event is offered to the 4th and 5th grade students from the county. Frogtown, USA....The Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee is just around the corner and there are several ways a business or organization can be involved. The Angels Camp Post office has put together a display for their office. The display features Pirate Frogs and celebrates the Fair’s theme, “Pirates of the Carrots and Beans." Hosting a window or indoor display shows your community spirit. .....
