Posted by: thepinetree on 03/27/2017 03:32 PM

In 2016, the previous Calaveras County Board of Supervisors chose to allow large commercial cultivation inside of residential areas of Calaveras County through an “Urgency Ordinance.”

On Tuesday, Sack's modest home was formally dedicated by members of the Mennonite Disaster Services who had travelled from throughout Canada and the Northwest to help build Sack's home. About 40 people participated in the Bible readings, hymn and presentation of a handmade, heart-shaped quilt, and bible.
