Elémentaire is the creation of two professional cooks dedicated to helping take the mystery out of making delicious meals from scratch. Our goal is to educate through the use of culinary terms and techniques and also inspire, through the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients, all who watch to make their own meals to enjoy at home. Trick or Treating and Pet Costume Contest at Animal Services |

San Andreas, CA...On October 31st we will be having Halloween fun at Animal Services by offering trick or treating during our business hours (8am-4:30pm) for kids and pets who are in costume. For pets in costume we will be having our first annual costume contest and I will be taking pictures of the critters in costume who wish to enter the contest. I will post the pictures on our Facebook page where the public can vote by ‘liking’ the picture, the voting will go until the end of the day on 11/3 and the winner will be announced on 11/4 in the morning. Grand prize will be 2 tickets to the Movie Theater in Angels Camp, 2nd place will be a certificate for either a cat or dog microchip, and 3rd place will be a $15 gift certificate for Spence Feed in Angels Camp...

Railroad Flat, CA...On October 18th ground and air crews worked a 1 1/2 acre vegetation fire that was caused by illegal debris burning. As a reminder burning is still suspended until probably after the next big wetting storm. Fuel moisture's are still very low.... |
